Research Focus on Scientific Machine Learning and Foundation Models for Physics.

Focused on Machine Learning and Information Security. My thesis in Scientific Machine Learning we investigated how physics-informed pre-training for Scientific Foundation Models can improve data efficiency and generalization for solving partial differential equations in multi-physics systems. The results show that residual-based supervision is not sufficient on its own for building broadly transferable Scientific Foundation Models. Building generalizable models requires stronger architectural integration of physical principles and invariances.

This led to my thesis in computational linguistics, where I applied graph theory to optimize human data annotation, building a large-scale, autonomous simulation environment to test sampling, clustering, and stopping procedures and identify their key trade-offs for practical application.
